Project Manager - Retail/Restaurants
The Project Manager - Retail/Restaurants will oversee construction projects within the retail and restaurant sectors, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of the construction process.

Description
- Manage end-to-end construction projects for retail and restaurant spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Facilitate communication between all project team members.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality of work.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Retail/Restaurants should have:
