Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience, particularly in leading ground-up projects. The ideal candidate will have a diverse project background, including design-build experience, and be comfortable managing projects ranging from $2M to $10M. You will report directly to the owners and oversee a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers

Senior Project Manager - Commercial/ Residential - Augusta, ME - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a variety of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for project management and documentation.
• Implement new technologies as needed to improve project outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up projects.
• Design-build experience is a plus.

Job Offer

Senior Project Manager - Commercial/ Residential - Augusta, ME - Will receive

• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (up to $140,000 for exceptional candidates).
• Performance-based bonuses tied to personal and company targets.
