Hospitality Construction Superintendent
As the Senior Hospitality Construction Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role in managing all site operations on a live hospitality renovation project. You will be responsible for ensuring construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards-while minimizing disruptions to ongoing hotel operations.

We are a leading multifamily real estate developer with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-quality residential and hospitality projects across Ontario. Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Construction Superintendent to oversee a major open hotel renovation project in Ontario, CA.
Description
Lead and manage all on-site building and construction activities from start to finish as hospitality construction superintendent
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain project schedule and quality
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site cleanliness
Develop and maintain site logistics plans to mitigate disruption in a live environment
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership
Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and provide regular reporting
Manage quality control and resolve site issues quickly and effectively
Uphold company standards and serve as a key on-site representative of the developer
Profile
Minimum 10+ years of construction supervision experience, with at least 5 years in hospitality renovation or hotel construction
Proven success leading open renovation projects in operational hotel environments
Ability to manage complex logistics and sequencing without disrupting guest services
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
In-depth knowledge of Building Code, construction safety standards, and project documentation
Proficiency with construction software tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
Job Offer
Competitive salary: $170,000 - $200,000, based on experience
