Production Supervisor - Print Manufacturing
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing activities while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. This role oversees production employees across two shifts and serves as a key link between frontline teams and site leadership.

Description
- Lead and manage production activities to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards in print manufacturing.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GMP standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and enhance workflow processes.
- Maintain process discipline to ensure consistent product quality and operational safety.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures in print manufacturing.
Profile
- Experience in manufacturing leadership within a regulated industry, such as medical device or print manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and GMP standards.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to monitor and manage KPIs to achieve production goals.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide production teams effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and process discipline.
