Director of National Accounts
The Director of National Accounts will lead and manage strategic relationships with key national customers such as Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons/Safeway, Target and HEB to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a results-driven professional with a proven track record in account management and sales leadership.

Description
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive HQ-call strategy with key customers such as Albertsons/Safeway, Kroger, Walmart, Target, HEB and others.
- Manage relationships with national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations and promotional planning with key accounts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to sales team members, fostering professional development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior leadership.

Profile
A successful Director of National Accounts should have:
- 8+ years of experience in key retail account management within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data effectively.
- Proficiency in developing and executing strategic account plans.
