Quality Engineer - Manufacturing
The Quality Engineer ensures all precision‑manufactured metal components meet strict quality standards and customer requirements. This role supports production by monitoring processes, performing inspections, analyzing defects, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate excels in problem‑solving, uses precision measurement tools effectively, and collaborates closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to maintain high product reliability.

My client is a long‑standing leader in precision metal manufacturing, specializing in machining and metal forming techniques. They provide high‑quality, cost‑effective fabrication of delicate and complex metal components that serve a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, dental, electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, and renewable energy.
Description
- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure manufacturing processes meet company standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in product quality and processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and certifications.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
