Cloud Engineer - Compliance Reporting
This Reporting Analyst will be tasked with implementing and optimizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to improve AI agent interactions and integration with existing systems. Experience with .NET or Java/Spring Boot, and developing cloud-native applications on AWS is required, along with familiarity in PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Sybase.

Description
- Prepare and analyze compliance reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with the technology department to optimize reporting tools and processes.
- Monitor and assess data integrity to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of compliance data to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

Profile
A successful Compliance Reporting Analyst should have:
-
IT & AI Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in IT and Technology Operations with a strong focus on AI integration, agent-based systems, and machine learning applications.

Technical Development & Cloud Skills: Skilled in developing cloud-native applications using .NET or Java/Spring Boot on AWS; hands-on experience with AWS services (VPC, S3, EBS, ELB, Auto Scaling, Lambda, Docker) and familiarity with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Sybase databases.

Architecture & Infrastructure: Solid grasp of distributed systems, middleware, server infrastructure, and container-based environments, with expertise in deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization on AWS or similar cloud platforms.

Risk, Compliance & Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of Risk and Compliance frameworks and how AI enhances these processes; proficient in data analysis tools and AI-driven operational improvements; certifications such as CRCM or CCEP are a plus.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement; recognized for excellent communication, proactive execution, and delivering operational excellence under pressure.
