Operations Manager - Food & Beverage
As an Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize high-speed manufacturing operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. This role is based in Los Angeles and requires expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance

Description
- Lead and manage 3-shift operations in a high-speed food packaging environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and standard work implementation.
- Oversee production, maintenance coordination, and line changeovers to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics across production lines.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance safety and promote a quality-first culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP system integration and operations.
- Manage batching and processing operations to maintain production schedules and product quality.

Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- Proven expertise in Food & Beverage manufacturing and operations management.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Strong leadership skills to manage multi-shift operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Technical understanding of high-speed packaging, batching, and processing operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.
