Assistant Project Manager - Owner's Rep - New York, NY
This hybrid Assistant Project Manager role offers hands-on experience managing commercial interior projects, including office fit-outs up to 500,000 SqFt. The role requires coordination between owners, contractors, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Description
- Assist in managing commercial interior projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to keep projects on track.
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Attend site meetings, track progress, and help resolve project challenges.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and project goals are met.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in commercial interiors or owner's rep roles.
- Background with firms like CBRE, Turner & Townsend, or similar is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
