Description

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on a daily basis
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed on the construction site
• Resolve any problems that may arise during construction

Profile

A successful 'Lead Superintendent' should have:

• Proven working experience in construction management as Superintendent
• Experience leading a team of assistant or Area Superintendents
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Experience in Procore, Primavera, Autodesk, and other related softwares
• Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to create and maintain project schedule.
