Superintendent
The Lead Superintendent will be the driving force in the construction department, ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. The role demands a proven track record in managing construction projects, coupled with strong leadership skills.

Description
- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Ensure all safety guidelines are followed on the construction site
- Resolve any problems that may arise during construction
Profile
A successful 'Lead Superintendent' should have:
- Proven working experience in construction management as Superintendent
- Experience leading a team of assistant or Area Superintendents
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Experience in Procore, Primavera, Autodesk, and other related softwares
- Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to create and maintain project schedule.
Job Offer
