Description

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction projects with a focus on monolithic structures.
• Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and owners.
• Manage and lead project teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Actively solve problems and make decisions to keep projects on track.
• Review and understand project specifications, to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
• Provide regular progress reports and issue resolution updates.

Profile

• Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in managing construction projects, with a focus on monolithic structures.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various project stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
