Mixed Use Superintendent - Knoxville
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent for a challenging role in the Mixed Use sector, focused on overseeing medium to large construction projects in the Knoxville area.

Description
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction projects with a focus on monolithic structures.
- Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and owners.
- Manage and lead project teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Actively solve problems and make decisions to keep projects on track.
- Review and understand project specifications, to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Provide regular progress reports and issue resolution updates.
Profile
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in managing construction projects, with a focus on monolithic structures.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various project stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- A background in commercial construction and a passion for excellence.
