Description

As Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve coordinating resources, managing team performance, and keeping projects on track and within budget. You will be responsible for strategic problem-solving, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with all project requirements. Your leadership and expertise will directly contribute to the continued success and growth of our client's projects.

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee and coordinate all project resources from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery in a collaborative environment.
  • Lead and develop project personnel, setting expectations and enforcing company policies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with technical, safety, and legal standards.
  • Provide strategic solutions and value-added insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Potentially collaborate with the pre-construction team to assist in project development.
  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to financial plans

Profile

The successful Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Greenville will have the following experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience with ground-up medical office or healthcare projects valued at $10M+.
  • Skills: At least 5 years of progressive project management experience with a general contractor, proficiency in project management software, and excellent communication skills.
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
