Auditor

• The Auditor will play a role in executing audits in the Front Office risks (Sales & Trade, Marketing, Risk Management, Regulations) and Capital Markets.
• The Auditor will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, and performing walkthroughs.

Description

• The Auditor will assist in planning, executing and completing audits in Capital Markets.
• Reviewing trading systems, operations, and financial reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Test internal controls related to trading activities, risk management, and compliance.
• Identify potential risks and control gaps in trading activities.
• Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and other applicable bodies.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce risk and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to trading-related laws, policies, and regulations.

Profile

• 2-5 years of Audit experience in Capital Markets, or Sales & Trading
• Great communication skills to maintain open and effective communication with various stakeholders, including senior management, risk management teams, and regulatory authorities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
• CIA, CFA, CRP, or CFIRS certifications are preferred but not required.
