K-12 Construction Superintendent - Ground-Up
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with specialized experience in K-12 educational facilities, including both ground-up construction and interior renovations. This is a leadership opportunity with a respected general contractor managing high-profile school projects throughout the Miami area

Description
Manage all field operations on K-12 school construction sites, including both new builds and renovations
Coordinate subcontractors, enforce project schedules, and uphold quality standards
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, district regulations, and safety requirements
Interface regularly with school administrators, project managers, and inspectors
Oversee jobsite logistics, maintain progress reports, and conduct site meetings
Lead with a hands-on approach to mentorship, supervision, and problem resolution
Profile
7+ years of experience as a superintendent, with a focus on K-12 or public sector construction
Demonstrated success in both ground-up and interior buildout school projects
Familiarity with school board inspection protocols and phased construction in active campuses
Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
Ability to manage fast-paced environments and complex logistics
OSHA 30 certification required; experience with occupied campus work is a strong advantage
