Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals.
• Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment on-site.

Profile

• Proven experience as a superintendent in industrial construction Large Box Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, or Food and Beverage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Expertise in reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
