Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals.
- Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment on-site.
Profile
- Proven experience as a superintendent in industrial construction Large Box Industrial, Advanced Manufacturing, or Food and Beverage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Expertise in reading blueprints and construction plans.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Job Offer
- $120-150k salary and benefits package.
