Scrum Master/ Project Manager
We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our client's expanding team in Iselin, NJ. This role will involve overseeing the management of scrum teams for their large-scale cloud-based data warehouse.

Description
- Lead key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and burn-down tracking.
- Maintain and manage the RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log for the teams under your guidance.
- Collaborate with the project team to communicate regular status updates and reports.
- Balance PMO-driven milestones with Scrum activities by assessing team velocity and resolving blockers and conflicts.
- Provide environmental support and management for projects as needed.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions to ensure focus and productivity.

Profile
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience required, with a strong financial background, preferably in Derivatives, Cash, Finance, and Banking products.
- Technical expertise, ideally with knowledge of Snowflake, Python, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficient in using Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for project and team management.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum.
- Familiar with standard software development practices and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, assess priorities, and make timely decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation abilities to effectively communicate ideas and updates.
