Profile
- 1-3+ years of experience supporting commercial construction projects with a general contractor
- Experience assisting on projects in the $1M-$20M range, preferably ground‑up or interior commercial work
- Understanding of construction documents, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and basic cost management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with owners, design teams, and field staff
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to commute to project sites primarily in Northern Virginia, with occasional DC/MD travel
