Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to address challenges or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
