The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate subcontractors, manage field operations, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver projects on time.

Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and plans.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to minimize project delays.
• Track and report project progress, providing updates to management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage for project reporting purposes.
