HR Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department with various tasks and projects and also maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator. The role entails supporting various HR processes to help maintain a smooth and efficient workplace
Description
- Assist with various HR processes to help create a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Work on-site in Midtown Manhattan four days a week and remotely one day a week.
- Provide support to the HR department with different tasks and projects.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring adherence to internal policies and labor laws.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
- Ensure accurate HR documentation and manage databases for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Assist in drafting and revising HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing onboarding processes.
- Aid in performance management initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a contact for employee relations issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Uphold compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards in all HR-related activities.
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a corporate or financial setting.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and experience handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
