Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and assist in vendor bid reviews.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support contract management and material procurement.
• Promote safety and risk management throughout the project.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on execution and deliverables.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Must have large-scale project experience over 10M
• Preferred understanding of CM at Risk work and experience working with the NC State Construction Office
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable
• Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, Autodesk, CMiC, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere
• Business & financial acumen

Job Offer

• Base salary contingent on experience 80-110K
