Customer Success Manager - FinTech
Excellent Customer Success Opportunity within a growing cloud-based loan management platform. The role will include but not be limited to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, Monitor customer engagement, and develop strategies to improve customer retention.

My client is a cloud-based loan management platform designed to streamline and automate key aspects of the lending process for alternative funding businesses.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any barriers to adoption.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools
- Understanding of customer success metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
