Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and enforce quality control measures to deliver high-quality results. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.

• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.

• Monitor project progress and implement solutions to keep work on schedule.

• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets company standards.

• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

• Foster a collaborative environment among field teams, ensuring strong communication between stakeholders.

• Lead and enforce site safety initiatives and conduct safety meetings.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff.

• Experience with K-12, higher education, or commercial projects is preferred.

• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
