Description

  • Provide leadership in project execution while fostering and maintaining a proactive safety culture.
  • Oversee the preparation and evaluation of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals.
  • Facilitate job-site subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Review and manage monthly invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for timely project funding.
  • Drive cost reporting efforts, including oversight of contracts, purchase orders, and scope adjustments to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain the project's financial health and manage accurate project forecasting.
  • Represent the client during subcontract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in construction with a general contractor.
  • Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in renovation and occupied spaces.
  • Familiarity with MEP systems is advantageous.
  • Driven and self-motivated with a positive and adaptable demeanor.
  • Proficient in using the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently manage job sites.
  • Exceptional management skills with a proven ability to lead teams successfully.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Comprehensive experience in managing projects from preconstruction through to completion.

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $115,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
