Trademark Docketing Clerk
The Trademark Docketing Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining trademark-related documentation and ensuring compliance with deadlines and filings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills within the legal sector.

This client is a midsized New York City-based law firm known for its strong roots in entertainment and media law.
Description
- Maintain and update trademark docketing systems to track deadlines and filings.
- Monitor and manage incoming correspondence related to trademark matters.
- Prepare and file trademark applications, renewals, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Generate reports for tracking trademark statuses and deadlines.
- Review and process invoices related to trademark filings and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with trademark regulations and firm policies.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed within the department.
Profile
A successful Trademark Docketing Clerk should have:
- A strong understanding of trademark docketing systems and processes.
- Bachelors degree is required, a paralegal certificate is a strong plus
- Minimum of 5 years of docketing experience
- Knowledge of CPi is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documents.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for docketing and document management.
