Description

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of interior construction projects in the NYC area.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive cost assessments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to support business development.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and scope of work to ensure profitability and successful project execution.

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented estimator with direct experience in interior construction projects in NYC.
