Description
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of interior construction projects in the NYC area.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive cost assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to support business development.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and scope of work to ensure profitability and successful project execution.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented estimator with direct experience in interior construction projects in NYC. They should have a strong work ethic, be eager to take on additional responsibility, and possess a passion for growth and long-term success. Experience from smaller firms is preferred.
