Description

The Project Manager - Pentagon Projects - Leesburg or Arlington, VA will be responsible for:

• Managing projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring seamless execution
• Creating and overseeing budgets, schedules, and project scope
• Negotiating contracts and monitoring subcontractor performance
• Ensuring adherence to contract terms and government regulations
• Supervising both self-performed and subcontracted work
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address and resolve project challenges
• Offering leadership and guidance to support and develop the project team

Profile

The Project Manager - Pentagon Projects - Leesburg or Arlington, VA will have:

• 10 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor (or 20+ years of field experience in place of a degree)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• Strong background in managing both subcontracted and self-performed work
• Proven track record with IDIQ, Lump-Sum, Design/Build, and Fast Track contracts
• Must have experience with government contracts (WHS or USACE projects required)
• Proficient in Procore and Projnet software
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications required
• Current CQC certification (USACE/NAVFAC) is mandatory
• Professional credentials such as AC, CPC, or PE are a plus
• U.S. Citizenship required
