Description

The Project Manager - Multi-family Construction - Silver Spring, MD will be responsible for:

• Managing the overall execution and successful completion of large-scale multifamily new construction and renovation projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, owners, architects, and internal teams.
• Organizing, implementing, and completing projects to meet client expectations.
• Overseeing project plans from preconstruction through completion.
• Establishing checklists for inspections and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinating with field personnel to enforce quality control standards.
• Participating in weekly subcontractor meetings with the Project Superintendent.
• Overseeing subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Tracking and managing all potential change orders.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing project team members to support their professional growth.
• Administering work inspections to ensure quality and performance standards are met

Profile

The Project Manager - Multi-family Construction - Silver Spring, MD will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Background in General Contracting or Builder-Developer roles.
• Proven tenure with current and past employers.
• Track record of successfully managing large-scale multifamily projects from inception to completion.
• Experience overseeing projects valued at $20M or more.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus.
