Description
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior regional leadership and manage multiple commercial projects across active Job Order Contracting frameworks in the Austin area.- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are achieved
- Manage estimating, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, and cost control
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Partner closely with Superintendents to manage day-to-day site operations
- Run project meetings and maintain clear documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships within the Austin construction market
Profile
For the Project Manager position, we are seeking:- Experience as a Project Manager, Associate Project Manager, or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction
- Strong estimating and scheduling experience
- Exposure to Job Order Contracting (JOC) or public-sector projects
- A hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager comfortable running projects independently
- Ability to operate in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Austin-based candidates with local market knowledge strongly preferred
Job Offer
