Description
- You will work with sales team to manage retail client relationships.
- Field inbound inquiries - work cross functionally and deliver solutions quickly.
- Creating program proposals, presentations.
- Onboarding of new clients and serving as a primary contact during account management functions.
- Work with clients to deliver efficient solutions.
- Collaborate internally with sales, partnerships, and customer service to quarterback client account activities.
- Work with clients to design and deliver training programs to educate them on company best practices.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Tracking all activity via Salesforce.
Profile
A successful Retail Account Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5+ years in a customer facing environment
- Prior background or education in waste, organic food waste, recycling, environmental services or other relevant field.
- Proven experience working with customers.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary with commission, estimated between $80,000 - 100,000
- Opportunity to earn up to 20% bonus.
- Hybrid onsite role metro west of Boston in the Waltham, Weston, Wellesley, Newton area.
