Description

My client is seeking a Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly with Multi-Family projects in Baltimore, MD:

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities and ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and timelines
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and internal field teams on a fast-paced, MEP-intensive site
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client stakeholders
• Maintain daily reports, schedule updates, and field logs
• Support quality control, inspections, and commissioning processes
• Serve as the on-site leader and point of contact for all construction operations

Profile

• 5+ years of construction experience in a superintendent or field leadership role
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction
• Exposure to interior build-outs and strong understanding of MEP systems
• Ideally, prior experience on data center projects or similarly complex builds
• Ability to lead field teams, coordinate trades, and maintain a safe, high-performing jobsite
• Must be local to Sterling, VA, or able to commute daily
• Must be able to pass a strict background check and drug screening
