Description

The Sr. Superintendent - Top 400 ENR New Construction Projects - DC will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating all job site operations.
• Supervising labor and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and timely service delivery.
• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Collaborating with local inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enforcing the Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program.
• Developing and maintaining detailed short-term project schedules.
• Overseeing the invoice payment process and manage the financial aspects of project costs.
• Addressing and resolve day-to-day field issues.
• Preparing daily reports outlining manpower and key activities.
• Contributing to projects ranging from $40M to $120M as part of the project team.

Profile

The Sr. Superintendent - Top 400 ENR New Construction Projects - DC will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction (BSCE, BSCM, BSAE, etc.) or at least five years of prior experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction-related software for scheduling and project management.
