Description

Key responsibilities for Senior Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Long Beach

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on OSHPD projects, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety targets are met

• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and OSHPD regulations

• Lead site meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders

• Mentor and manage assistant superintendents and field staff

• Proactively resolve field issues and maintain clear documentation of jobsite activities

• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and project goals are achieved

Profile

A successful Candidate for Senior Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Long Beach

• 10+ years of experience in building and construction, with an emphasis on OSHPD construction.

• Strong track record managing OSHPD-regulated projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Deep understanding of California building codes, healthcare construction regulations, and OSHPD processes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred

• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
