Traveling Superintendent I - Commercial - Nashville
Manage on-site day to day operations for a large range of different projects including retail, QSR, medical, etc... within the Nashville area. Competitive salary offered based on production & growth of projects.
Client Details
Nationwide contractor specialising in mid sized commercial construction within the Nashville area. Their projects range from 20,000 sqft - 200,000 sqft. The client focuses on long term benefits, valuing their employees, & ensuring everyone's voice is heard.
Description
- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- Utilize Procore
- Travel required
Profile
- Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience
- Wanting 50% or more Travel
- Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
