Sr Brand Innovation Manager
The Sr. Innovation Manager leads end-to-end product innovation, translating consumer insights into breakthrough products from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. The Sr. Innovation Manager owns the innovation pipeline and partners cross-functionally to deliver commercially successful products aligned with brand strategy and growth goals.

Description
As the Sr. Innovation Manager you'll be responsible for:
- Lead the strategy, development, and launch of breakthrough products that deliver meaningful value to consumers
- Drive the full innovation process from insights and concepting to commercialization and post-launch performance while collaborating across R&D, Brand, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance
- Identify consumer trends and white space opportunities using data and insights
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline aligned with brand strategy and growth targets
- Lead concept development, feasibility, formulation, packaging, and launch
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver innovation on time and within budget
- Develop Go-to-market plans and optimize post-launch performance
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Sr. Innovation Manager position is a seasoned CPG or challenger brand food marketing professional with at least 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years focused on innovation.
Must have a proven track record of designing and launching new products, ideally including category extensions, and posses a deep understanding of brand strategy, packaging hierarchy, consumer insights, and portfolio management.
This Sr. Innovation Manager will be highly collaborative, with extensive experience partnering across R&D, supply chain, finance, and sales to bring products from concept to commercialization. Will be skilled in gated innovation processes, has strong financial acumen, and thrives on blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
A background in health, wellness, functional foods, or better-for-you categories is preferred along with experience in sensory testing, formulation collaboration, or culinary innovation. Experience within the food industry is mandatory.
