Marketing Manager
Our client is a dynamic UK-based managing consulting firm who is seeking a Marketing Manager for their New York City office. You will oversee all marketing initiatives and oversee local events.
Prior experience working at a Consulting firm is required.

Description
- Lead marketing initiatives for the US, working closely with relevant stakeholders across the company to develop the US marketing strategy
- Build, get buy-in for, and deliver a US marketing plan which aligns with our global marketing plan
- Design and deliver marketing campaigns for a US audience
- Work closely with the wider marketing team in the London HQ to leverage global campaigns to build awareness and generate interest in the US
- This will involve ensuring the US voice is represented in campaign planning, tailoring global content for a US audience and working with the US team on content creation
- Promote campaigns in the US market with a strong emphasis on digital advertising, sponsorship and industry partnerships to build brand awareness
- Work closely with the company's US-based PR agency to drive media coverage
- Work closely with our Client Experience team to develop an approach for how marketing can support the growth of our largest accounts, through corporate hospitality, client networks and market research
- Drive US representation across our brand messaging and communications and roll it out in the US market
- Measure the results and make recommendations for future marketing
- Assist with building out the marketing function along the way, collaborating with colleagues and the wider business to create a world-class team, and show-casing the value of marketing to the business
- Lead, shape and own multiple projects
- Responsible and accountable for commercials, interfacing with Partners and Directors across the US business and the London-based HQ
Profile
- 7+ years of strategic marketing experience in a B2B environment, with at least 5 of those spent in a professional services firm in the US
- Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a US business forward at pace and increase customer engagement and sales
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, and problem solution oriented
- Campaign management - prior experience with marketing campaigns for other organizations and can point to the results
- Globally orientated - prior experience of delivering US marketing initiatives within the context of a global organization
- International skills - written & verbal, building relationships with clients, stakeholders (both online and in-person)
