Settlement/Corporate Actions Processing Consultant
This role involves handling securities settlement processing, including trade matching, reconciliation, corporate actions, and client communication. The position requires financial services knowledge, proficiency in Excel and other tools, and the ability to collaborate within a team while adapting to various daily tasks.

Description
- Process Trade Matching & Settlement: Ensure accurate and timely trade execution by verifying and matching transactions while coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties.
- Manage Corporate Actions: Monitor and process corporate events such as dividends, stock splits, and mergers, ensuring correct execution and communication with relevant parties.
- Perform Reconciliations: Review and resolve discrepancies in transaction records, ensuring alignment between internal systems, client accounts, and external financial institutions.
- Handle Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide updates on trade settlements, and address any issues related to securities transactions.
- Prepare Client Reports: Compile and deliver detailed reports on trade activity, account balances, and other key financial data to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Support Team Projects & Daily Operations: Assist in process improvements, participate in system upgrades, and provide backup support to team members as needed.
Profile
- Atleast one year of Financial Services Industry Experience
- Experience processing Security Settlements and Corporate Actions
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office products
- Ability to collaborate well with others
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
