Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. Description
Key responsibilities for Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Los Angeles
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing commercial construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project documents, contracts, and change orders to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site challenges.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards at all times.
