Description
As the Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-end commercial construction projects, primarily in the dental and medical office sectors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and track project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Lead project meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout discussions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Profile
The Project Manager will have:
- 4+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience in commercial space
- Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
- Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Experience with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
