Our client, a leading player in the construction industry with over 14 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. Based in Prince George's County, MD, with a secondary office in DC, they specialize in a wide range of construction projects across the DMV area, with a focus on commercial, restaurant, government, and office spaces.

Description
The Project Manager - Base Building / Commercial Interiors - DC Metro will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial and interior construction projects, including base building, renovations, and ground-up projects.
- Lead project teams, including Assistant Project Managers, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project workflows and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
Profile
The Project Manager - Base Building / Commercial Interiors - DC Metro will have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience with base building and commercial interior projects (required).
- Healthcare project experience is a plus.
- Experience with data centers and/or higher education projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing Assistant Project Managers.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office/Project.
- Familiarity with budgeting in Procore is a plus.
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Base Building / Commercial Interiors - DC Metro will receive the following:
- Salary: $115k - $125k per year.
- Car Allowance: $400 - $450 per month.
- Medical: 80% of premiums covered by the company.
- Dental: 2 plans (one fully covered for the employee, or option for another plan for dependents).
- Vision: Voluntary.
- Disability: Short and long-term disability coverage.
- Life and Government Disability.
- Vacation: 11 days, plus holidays (excluding Columbus Day).
- Sick Days: 5 days per year.
