Residential Construction Manager - Holden, MA - $90k - Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction job sites across the Holden, MA region.

• Ensure job sites are properly set up and materials are delivered as scheduled.

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

• Work closely with the Senior PM to manage workloads and project timelines.

• Jump in with hands-on help as needed - especially in carpentry, siding, roofing, interior trim, tile, and more.

• Interpret construction plans and ensure all work aligns with specifications.

• Report progress and issues back to leadership regularly.

Profile

Residential Construction Manager - Holden, MA - $90k - Will have

• 3+ years of residential construction experience preferred, but open to Assistant Site Manager profiles.

• Strong field knowledge of general carpentry, framing, windows, roofing, and interior finishing work.

• Must be comfortable working on multiple active job sites at once.

• Highly organized with the ability to read plans and coordinate resources effectively.

• Open to candidates with broader commercial construction experience if they bring strong field awareness.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

• OSHA 30 and MA CSL are a plus, but not required.
