Manager Business Development- Beauty
The Manager of Business Development will lead and drive growth initiatives within the Beauty contract manufacturing space focusing on cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing business opportunities. This role requires strategic planning, client engagement, and a results-oriented approach to achieve revenue targets.

Description
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Beauty industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activity to stakeholders.
- Attend Beauty Industry Trade show events
