Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects in Tulsa, OK.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading multiple site projects including Commercial, Retail, Office and Educational ground up projects
  • A proven track record of managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources.
