Description

The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production challenges.
• Analyzing workflows and recommending improvements for cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Designing and maintaining documentation for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Supporting the introduction of new products by developing and refining production methods.
• Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Profile

A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• Strong background in manufacturing processes and methodologies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in using CAD software for design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAM Programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• 5+ years of experience in CNC Manufacturing.
• A degree in engineering or a related field.
