Description

My client is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades on diverse projects across the DMV region. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can coordinate complex MEP systems, manage subcontractors, and ensure seamless project execution.

• Lead and manage MEP trades, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations
• Collaborate with project teams to oversee installation, coordination, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions for MEP challenges
• Maintain compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Profile

• 5-10+ years of experience managing MEP trades on construction projects
• Ability to work with both general contractors and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
