Territory Sales Manager - Process Equipment - Southeast

Client Details

My client specializes in the design and manufacture of continuous weighing and feeding equipment for dry solids conveying and processing. Some of their products include: conveyor belt scales, weigh belt feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, volumetric feeders, material flow promotion devices, and process instrumentation.They sell into: food processing, pharmaceutical, energy, power plants, energy, building materials, mines, wood production, chemical & industrial industries.

The company is known for stability, niche products, and significant growth potential within the process instrumention space.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sell products such as conveyor belts scales, weigh belt feeders, etc.
  • Sell into food processing, pharmaceutical, energy, power plants, energy, building materials, mines, wood production, chemical & industrial industries.
  • Maintain well established territory & customer base in Southeast
  • Drive new business in the Southeast - VA, NC, SC, FL, TN & LA

Profile

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated
  • Professional enthusiasm
  • Travel - up to 50% in Southeast
  • Near Airport - preferred


Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a technical field; from an accredited institution.
  • Engineering Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry (conveyors, feeders, etc.)
  • selling into Food processing, Energy (ex: Power Plants, Boilers, etc. ), Building materials, mines, wood production, Chemical, or Industrial markets
  • Proven sales records in selling process equipment
