Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Seekonk, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of ground-up construction projects from precon to final turnover

• Manage budget, schedule, subcontractors, and client communications

• Oversee day-to-day site operations in collaboration with field leadership

• Ensure high quality standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction

• Maintain documentation and workflow using Procore

Profile

Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Seekonk, MA - Will have

• 7+ years of construction experience, with a strong foundation in ground-up multifamily or commercial projects

• Experience with wood frame/podium builds, ideally on projects up to $60M

• Familiarity with LEED certification and passive construction standards a plus

• Proven track record managing complex schedules and multiple stakeholders

• Local candidates from reputable GCs

• Strong communicator with high ownership and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Procore is required
