Description
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with architects, engineers, school officials, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
- Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Progress Tracking: Regularly assess project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Proven experience in construction project management, particularly in K-12 educational projects.
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
