NFP Finance Director

The Finance Director will oversee financial planning & analysis, process improvement/optimization, and partner with teams across the organization to streamline operations.

Description

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
• Overseeing revenue operations, ensuring the accuracy of donor data in CRM system, and improving the integration with accounting systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish processes that track and improve fundraising performance.
• Driving process improvements for revenue tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Profile

• Experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, with a solid understanding of nonprofit operations.
• Strong experience with CRM systems and donation platforms.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for collaborating with teams to create efficient financial processes.
